• Eligibility- 2+ years of experience
M.Sc/ MA Psychology
Roles and responsibilities of School Counsellor:
1. Work with students in offering individual and group counselling
2. Identify and assess the concerns that students face
3. Maintain a record of all students who approach the counsellor and ensure frequent follow ups
4. Documentation and weekly submission of the cases to Vriksh Psychological Support Services.
5. Build modules and conduct orientation programs for the teaching staff once a week
6. Work closely with stakeholders to promote mental health and wellness in the school
