Customer Experience Team Member
Location: London - Aldgate area
Salary: £11,+85 - £12,503 per annum (depending on experience), plus bonus and benefits.
Hours: 16 hours per week. Customer Experience Team Members work 4 days out of 7, between the hours of 6pm and 10pm. Weekends will be required on a rota basis.

From helping a locked-out student get back into their room, to recommending your favourite restaurant or organising a welcome party; the Customer Experience Team Member role will be extremely varied. Expect no two days to be the same!
What you`ll be doing as a Customer Experience Team Member:
Providing a welcoming front of house reception service
Conducting flat viewings, inspections, and leading sales conversations
Planning and running events for our students
What we`re looking for:
A caring, warm person with a positive attitude
An excellent communicator; as a Customer Experience Team Member you`ll be happy to chat to our students and answer their questions
You`ll also have great time management and organisational skills
