Job Description
The student labourer assists with the operation of Public Works Garages, including the installation of roadway signage, repairs to fencing, guardrails and guideposts, trimming or removal of trees, brush and grass from County roads and garage maintenance.
Qualifications:
· Returning to school in September 2026 is a pre-requisite.
· Previous experience using landscaping tools and equipment a definite asset.
· Must have valid driver’s license.
· Must provide personal CSA approved safety boots/footwear.
Job Types: Fixed term contract, Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months
Pay: $16.20-$17.20 per hour
