Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for student and parent queries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students and families to support their learning journey.
Provide timely information and assistance regarding courses, schedules, and support services.
Collaborate with academic and operations teams to ensure seamless student onboarding and engagement.
Participate in events, webinars, and orientation sessions as a representative of the school.
Maintain records and documentation related to student interactions.
Required Skills & Attributes:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal skills with a confident and pleasing personality.
Positive attitude, high energy, and a team-oriented mindset.
Willingness to work hard, learn continuously, and take initiative.
Professional grooming and presentation.
Eligibility:
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
