Purpose:
SSA is responsible for connecting with potential students for generating maximum footfalls in the centers.
Performance Metrics:
Completing daily target of calls (minimum 200 - inbound & outbound)
Handling Telephonic enquiries and converting them into walk ins
Follow up in optimum TAT
Key Responsibilities:
Make calls to potential candidates for generating walk-ins.
Explain the candidates about the course
Follow up with the candidates for their queries and feedback (Feedback - mails/phones)
Handling enquiries and converting them to admissions
Assist in Visa Application
Achievement of the individual and center target.
Eligibility Criteria:
Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills
Local language skills preferred but not mandatory
Clear diction and clarity in speech
MS Excel basic knowledge
Should be a team player
