Role Overview

The Student Services Coordinator provides comprehensive support to students throughout their academic lifecycle. This role ensures students successfully navigate registration, academic requirements, financial obligations, and graduation processes while maintaining accurate records and delivering high-quality administrative and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

Student Support & Advising

Act as the primary point of contact for students, assisting with registration, program requirements, and general inquiries.
Provide guidance to ensure compliance with academic, practical, and financial requirements.
Offer ongoing support to promote student success and program completion.
Assist with account setup and troubleshoot student-related system issues.
Student Records & Administration

Maintain accurate, detailed, and confidential student records and reports.
Liaise with faculty, administration, and stakeholders to update and manage student information.
Organize and issue official documentation such as enrollment and completion letters, transcripts, certificates, and diplomas.
Manage student ID card creation and distribution.
Graduation & Progress Monitoring

Track and support completion of graduation requirements, including attendance, grades, financial standing, practicum, and surveys.
Ensure all student records are complete and compliant prior to graduation.
Data Collection & Reporting

Collect, organize, and analyze student lifecycle data.
Generate reports to support institutional decision-making and improve student experience.
Operations & Coordination

Coordinate student and faculty supply shipments in collaboration with Facilities and Procurement.
Support campus activities such as visits, trade shows, and open houses.
Assist with general office operations and cross-functional team support.
Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to support and guide individuals effectively.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing records and documentation.
Ability to track progress, manage multiple priorities, and ensure completion of requirements.
Proficient in data entry, reporting, and use of office software (e.g., spreadsheets, databases).
Strong problem-solving skills, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $60,000.00 per year
