Serving 700 students from ELC to Year 6.
At Immanuel Primary School, we are committed to providing education where each child is supported to grow and develop as a whole person.
We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Student Services Officer to join our school community in a 1.0 FTE position commencing immediately.
As a Student Services Officer, you will:
provide exceptional customer service, administrative and support services to students, staff and families
provide immediate first aid care to students and staff, following established procedures and maintain the School’s first aid supplies
maintain student records of attendance of first aid room, including treatment notes within the School student management system
collaborate with teachers, school leaders and staff to support student needs
contribute to a safe and nurturing school environment that reflects our Christian community
We are looking for someone with:
proven success in a frontline service or customer service role - previous student services experience in a school environment is highly preferred
a current first aid certificate in: Providing First Aid, Providing an Emergency First Aid Response in an Education and Care Setting & Providing Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
demonstrated strengths in communication, relationship building and teamwork
the ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and families
