Job Description
Your primary areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:
Assisting the Student Services team with general student enquiries regarding assessments, attendances and course information on orientation day and day-to-day basis.
Interacting with students and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
Liaising and building relationships with clients and agents.
Answering and transferring calls and emails, taking meeting minutes and scheduling appointments.
Record keeping, data entry, filing, photocopying, updating student information in the database and other ad-hoc administration duties.
General administration support.
Position requirements and criteria preferences include:
Applicants must have proficient English communication skills in both written and verbal.
Applicants must have proficient computer skills, particularly working with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
Applicants must have excellent attention to detail, time management skill and organisational skill.
Preference given to Thai language speakers, as applicants will be interacting with clients from the Thai market, but not necessary.
University graduates and visa holders with current and valid work rights are welcome to apply.
