About the Role
This role is based at our Adelaide campus. Performing a key support function to our students on a daily basis, handling administrative functions to support the reporting of results, enrollment of students, supporting documentation for their studies, and ensuring engagement via outstanding service and support for all students.
Key Responsibilities include:
Handling student enquiries
Supporting Reception Functions
Ensuring correct Enrollments into Units
Publishing of Academic Results
Supporting Welcome Day, Orientation Day & Graduation Services
Monitoring and Maintaining Data on Student Platforms
About You
Outstanding Customer Service Skills
Excellent Administration skills
Willingness to help others
Work well with deadlines and Targets
Exceptional Communicaton Skills
Please note that a valid Working with Children Check is a requirement for this role. If you are successfully hired for this role, you must obtain a check and you will be reimbursed by Acknowledge Education. If you have a current VIT Provisional Registration or Teacher Registration, you would not require a separate WWCC.
