Responsibilities:
• Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing engaging lesson plans
• Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance
• Supervise students during classroom activities and maintain a safe learning environment
• Assist with grading assignments and providing constructive feedback to students
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Attend professional development workshops and training sessions to enhance teaching skills

Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Education or a related field
• Passionate about working with students and making a positive impact on their education
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
