We are Looking for a Senior Counsellor who can help students reach their goals.
Roles & Responsibilities
Search and do calling to have new tie-ups with consultancies.
Identify the correct prospects according to the eligibility standards.
Establish & maintain long-term relationships with associate
Represent our services to associates in an effective manner.
Explore and develop strategies to make the client familiar with the Company.
Convince and retain the associate.
Lead the marketing events created by the company.
Respond to client queries and comments. Identify, resolve queries & handling objections of associates.
Any added responsibility assigned by Superiors to enhance the ability
Able to achieve monthly target.
Effective pipeline management.
Maximum achievement of goals and service levels.
Maintain proper documentation.
Regular follow-up on inquiries received.
Requirements
Fluency in English & Good Communication Skills
1-2 years Experience in relevant field required
Ready to work as a full-time employee.
