Job Title: Student Visa Counselor
Experience: 1–2 Years
Location: Sargasan, Gandhinagar
Roles & Responsibilities:
Counsel students regarding study abroad opportunities, including country selection, courses, and universities.
Provide accurate guidance on visa processes for countries like Canada, UK, USA, Australia, etc.
Assist students in preparing and reviewing visa documentation (SOP, financials, academic documents).
Ensure all visa applications are submitted accurately and within deadlines.
Stay updated with visa rules, immigration policies, and embassy requirements.
Conduct mock interviews and prepare students for visa interviews.
Coordinate with universities, embassies, and internal teams for smooth processing.
Maintain proper records of student applications, documents, and follow-ups.
Guide students on pre-departure requirements and documentation.
Manage and track all payments, including fee collection, receipts, and coordination with accounts.
Handle clients and parents independently in the absence of senior staff, ensuring clear communication and trust-building.
Provide post-visa support and maintain long-term relationships with students and families.
Key Skills Required:
Strong communication and counselling skills
Knowledge of visa processes and documentation
Ability to handle clients and parents confidently
Basic understanding of payment handling and coordination
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
