Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Director / Manager in Mumbai. The role involves overseeing client accounts, managing a team, and driving sales initiatives. The candidate will lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring all deliverables align with client expectations and company standards.
Qualifications
• Experience in Account Management and Client Servicing
• Team Management and Team Leadership Skills
• Sales experience and ability to develop client relationships
• Strong Project Management capabilities
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Prior experience in a creative or marketing agency is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
