A bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is required, along with 10+ years of experience in design management, preferably in high-rise residential and hospitality projects. Proficiency in Auto CAD, Revit, BIM, Sketch Up, and other relevant design software is essential.
