Description
We are looking for a professional and customer service-oriented studio manager to oversee daily operations at our studio.
As the studio manager, you will supervise the operational and organizational standards of the studio. Your duties will include undertaking administrative tasks, monitoring inventory levels, and developing business strategies.
Responsibilities
Complete studio operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employee
Prepare annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiate corrective actions
Ensure availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts; maintaining inventories
Analyze sales figures and forecast future sales
Respond to customer complaints and comments
Greet customers entering the studio with a smile and assist them with their needs
Describe services and tattoo procedures to customers and explain proper tattoo aftercare
Assist customers and artists with appointment scheduling
Understand and use Zoho CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
Required Skills
We are looking for individuals who have the following skillset:
Graduate degree or it’s equivalent to at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area
Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures.
Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
