Job Overview:

Llama Creatives is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Fashion Designer to lead our design efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing fashion products that meet our brand standards.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of current fashion trends and consumer preferences.

• Conceptualize and design clothing, accessories, or footwear items that align with our brand vision.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and production.

• Evaluate and select fabrics, colors, and materials for each collection.

• Manage sample production and quality control processes.

• Present design concepts and collections to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.

• Proven experience as a fashion designer or in a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of textiles, garment construction, and fashion trends.

• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel DRAW).

• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Experience in a specific fashion niche (e.g., womenswear, menswear, sportswear).

• Knowledge of sustainable fashion practices.

• Familiarity with production processes and supply chain management.
