We're looking for experienced Painting Subcontractor crews to partner with long term. We do Exterior and Interior Painting.
Who are we looking for?
Professional and Responsible Contractors Who Have:
2-3 person crew
Strong communication skills
General Liability Insurance
All Tools & Equipment (Sprayer, Ladders, etc..)
Drivers License and vehicle
Ability to move extension ladders between jobs.
Candidates with specialized skills, like staining, will be given strong consideration
Responsibilities:
Execute high-quality painting tasks on residential projects, ensuring professional finishes.
Properly prepare surfaces and spaces for painting to ensure long-lasting durability
Maintain clear communication with the project manager, providing updates on progress.
Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project.
Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines while upholding high-quality standards.
