Door Step Auto is a growing automotive finance dealership in Edmonton, AB, with a strong customer base and a large active lead database. We are currently expanding our Sub-Prime Finance Team and are looking for motivated professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-reward environment.

Responsibilities
Assist customers with sub-prime auto financing solutions
Work with lenders to secure financing approvals
Guide customers through the vehicle financing process
Maintain strong relationships with clients and lenders
Follow up with leads and manage customer inquiries
Help customers rebuild and improve their credit through vehicle financing
Requirements
Proven experience in financial services or dealership environments preferred
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor
Solid understanding of sales processes and techniques
Proficiency in math for analyzing financial data accurately
Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and confidently
Prior experience in the automotive or related sales industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in finance or related fields is advantageous
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year experience in Sub-Prime Automotive Finance OR Minimum 2 years of Vehicle Sales experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
Team-oriented mindset
