Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sub-Regional Service Delivery Manager to join our team in India. This role will be responsible for managing and directing all construction-related capital project works in the region, reporting to the Regional Service Delivery Manager Projects APAC.
Key Responsibilities
• Delivering various types of construction projects, including engineering, facilities, and security projects involving builders works, in line with Bank's Project Governance and Design Standards.
• Acting as a sub-regional team lead and managing regional Project Owners.
• Ensuring alignment and collaboration across Global Real Estate, Infrastructure Groups, and other stakeholders.
