Purpose
To work on the New Migrations/existing entities with a candidate having 8-10 years of experience in General accounting & Project Accounting.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform month end activities i.e. Module close and financial reports.
• Should be able to handle and coordinate with the Business on queries.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly Revenue and Order intake are reported.
• To act as Back up for some of the critical activities during team members absence.
• Support Audit and ensure timely response and submission of documentation to auditors.
• Prepare monthly quarterly and annual operating budgets, forecasts, reporting and monthly variance analysis.
• Develop, organize and present detailed performance reports for internal use.
• Provide analytical and operational support to the business units.
• Support Multiple entities for Books closing.
Education And Experience
• Graduation/ Post-Graduate in finance and accounts which provides skills to understand financial processes. Preferably B. Com /M. Com/MBA in finance /CA/CIMA Inter.
• 8-10 years of experience in general accounting & Project Accounting.
• Solid experience tracking down the right data and digging into large amounts of data to get to the bottom of tricky financial problems.
• An ability and drive to go the extra mile and persistence to be able to present recommendations.
Knowledge, Skill And Capabilities
• Strong sense of responsibility, ability to work independently and to work in a team.
• It is a plus to have experience in working with Financial Shared Service.
• Good knowledge in MS Excel.
• Experience in Oracle and Power BI will be an added advantage.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to interact with colleagues/business partners at all levels with different cultures
• Foundational understanding of accounting, GAAP and IRFS
