Handling general enquiries, billing and activation - telecom process
performance and utilization of knowledge
Handle escalations and dispute and resolve the customer query
Ensure Service Level Agreements are met or exceeded

Required Candidate profile
Any Graduate
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Min. 1.5-2 years work experience in telecom customer service
Excellent communication skills
Dispute handling and conflict resolution skills
