Basic Required Qualifications:
• 8-10 years of experience in Consulting; with focus on digital (Technology) transformation
• Should have exposure in Payment/Cards/Lending/Trade Finance (any of the field)
• Working Knowledge of SDLC lifecycles such as Waterfall & Agile.
• Working experience with Jira or equivalent system.
• Should have strong Domain Knowledge, Solution Architecture, Brand Promotion and Collateral and Asset development skills.
Skill required:
• Understand the business challenge and what the client wants to achieve
• Formulate the solution based on expertise in Payment/Mortgage/Cards/Lending/Trade Finance
• Identify the value proposition and differentiators for Hexaware's Banking Services
• Develop the storyline that represents all our capabilities to address the clients problem
• Business Requirement elicitation, analyzing and ability to transform business requirements into precise functional specification
• Excellent communicator with the ability to communicate effectively along vertical and horizontal planes internally and in client organizations
• Work closely with Product partners, Application Development, Data Management & Quality Assurance teams and other key stakeholders to deliver a differentiated experience.
• Experienced in working with Cross Functional Teams and interacting with all levels of management for requirements.
