Position
Position: Full time (35hr per week Crawley) permanent
Location: Crawley Office / Hybrid

The role of Subscriptions Administrator is an exciting opportunity to support our dynamic Subscriptions team with administration tasks.
What you’ll be doing:
• Monitoring and developing customer service levels.
• Undertaking customer surveys and managing the Net Promoter Score progression.
• Managing customer queries and responding in a timely manner.
• Producing customer communications when necessary.
• Managing payment escalation process and monitor levels.
• Managing relationships with subscriptions bureau, telemarketing agencies and distribution agents.
• Organising regular update meetings and agendas for all suppliers.
• Checking and approving supplier invoices.
• Managing newstrade agent.
• Managing promoted issue process.
• Planning and managing the firm sale uplift campaigns.
• Monitoring delivery timing of newstrade and other copies.
• Producing monthly department reports and distribute to business.
• Monitoring campaigns and reporting regularly on results.
• Managing the print outer and wrap production.
• Managing delivery data and ensure we hit our Mailmark requirements.
• Managing print schedule with suppliers.
• Managing back issue process.
• Assisting the team with sending marketing campaigns as required.
• Developing data briefs and administer data development projects.
• Posting social media messages and tracking response.
• Attending team meetings and distribute notes.
• Scheduling in-house adverts and reporting on results.
• Checking and proof-reading marketing collateral.
• Managing and monitoring internal and complimentary subscription levels.
• Managing the customer GDPR process.
• Attending brand and company events on an ad hoc basis to foster relationships and help promote subscriptions.
• Attending regular team meetings in our other offices.
Requirements
What you’ll need:
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• To be a motivated individual.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management with ability to prioritise daily.
• Proficient in the full Microsoft suite.
• A proactive and can-do attitude.
