We are currently seeking warm, flexible, and dedicated On-Call Substitute Educators to join our West Hillhurst and Tuxedo Park Campus team. This role is ideal for certified Early Childhood Educators who value collaboration, adaptability, and a commitment to creating meaningful learning experiences for young students.
Key Responsibilities
Support classroom routines, learning experiences, and daily transitions with consistency and care.
Build meaningful connections with students while maintaining a calm, nurturing presence.
Collaborate with classroom Educators to uphold Blüm’s philosophy, routines, and safety standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom environment aligned with Montessori and Reggio principles.
Provide flexible support across classrooms and age groups to ensure smooth daily operations.
About You
Hold a valid Alberta Early Childhood Educator Level 1, 2, or 3 certification.
Demonstrate warmth, professionalism, and a genuine passion for early learning.
Thrive in dynamic environments and are comfortable supporting various age groups.
Reliable, flexible, and collaborative with strong communication skills.
