Part-Time Success Coach (Youth Mentor)

About the Role
Propelling Into Triumph (PIT) is hiring a Part-Time Success Coach to support youth aging out of foster care.
This is a hands-on role focused on mentorship, life skills coaching, and consistent support.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide 1:1 coaching and mentorship to youth
• Conduct regular check-ins, goal setting, and progress tracking
• Support life skills, education, and career development
• Assist with workshops and group programming
• Attend program events and trainings
• Complete case notes and documentation
• Support residents at transitional housing homes (some evenings/weekends)
Requirements
• Experience working with youth or young adults (preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass a background check
Communication & Reliability (Required)
• Respond to communication within 24 hours (2–4 hours during active work time)
• Attend scheduled meetings and check-ins
• Maintain consistent engagement with assigned youth
• Communicate schedule changes in advance
Schedule
Part time 20 hours per week with opportunities to go full time
