Event Coordinator Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Event Coordinator to support our team in planning and executing various events, including corporate functions, promotional activities, and social gatherings.
The Event Coordinator will be responsible for managing vendor coordination, overseeing logistical requirements, and ensuring seamless on-ground execution. This role involves working closely with the core committee to support any ad-hoc requirements and may require travel for event execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the event team in organizing events, including corporate events, social gatherings, and promotional events.
• Liaise with vendors to secure necessary services and supplies as required for the event.
• Handle all logistical aspects of events, including stationery and other resources.
• Oversee event operations on the day of the event, ensuring smooth execution and resolving any problems.
• Collaborate with the core committee for any additional requirements during the event.
Qualifications:
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and attendees.
• Able to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
