Job Description
- Presales Executive is responsible for delivering high quality customer services and responsible to handle enquiries and convert the Leads to Site Visit.
Responsibilities :
- To attend to all customers enquiries(Inbound and Outbound) and provide project information and required details as per the requirements of the client.
- Outbound - Analyse the customer requirements even before initiating the conversation.
- Qualify and update all the leads appropriately in Salesforce with required information.
- To execute daily outbound calls as per the set target provided.
- Proactively communicate with the customers to build rapport, send project details via email, WhatsApp & for review/feedback.
- To probe & share maximum client information with the Sales Manager ensuring successful site visit & conversion.
- Update product knowledge in coordination with site offices on the project progress.
- Understanding of the Real Estate industry & the current competition.
- Achieve set targets.
