Junior Android Developer (1-3 years of experience)
Senior Android Developer (5+ years of experience with leadership exposure)
Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and optimize Android applications using Kotlin & Java.
Work closely with designers, product managers, and backend developers to implement new features.
Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and great user experience.
Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices.
Debug and troubleshoot issues effectively.
For Seniors: Lead development efforts, review code, mentor junior developers, and contribute to architectural decisions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Junior Android Developer: 1-3 years of experience in Android app development.
Senior Android Developer: 5+ years of experience with leadership/mentorship exposure.
Proficiency in Kotlin & Java for Android development.
Strong understanding of Android SDK, Jetpack components, and Material Design.
Experience integrating RESTful APIs & third-party libraries.
Familiarity with Git version control.
Knowledge of architectural patterns (MVVM, MVP) – (Senior roles preferred).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, and performance optimization – (Senior roles preferred).
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Jetpack Compose.
Fintech and crypto experience.
Knowledge of Firebase, Push Notifications, and Google Play Store deployment.
Exposure to Agile methodologies.
