We specialize in SEBI-regulated services, including IPOs, rights issues, bonus issues, buybacks, delisting, preferential allotments, and private placements. Our expertise spans across debt and equity investment banking, covering project finance, external commercial borrowings, trade finance, structured products, mergers & acquisitions, equity placements, and private equity transactions.
Role Overview
• The Investment Banking Analyst will be responsible for conducting financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, and preparing investment banking reports. The role requires strong analytical, presentation, and financial modeling skills to support transactions across debt and equity investment banking.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct financial modeling and valuation for investment banking transactions
• Perform financial due diligence and market research for investment opportunities
• Prepare pitch books, investor presentations, and transaction reports
• Assist in structuring and executing deals related to mergers & acquisitions, IPOs, and private placements
• Support debt financing transactions, including project finance, structured products, and trade finance
• Analyze industry trends, competitor performance, and market data to provide insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for regulatory compliance and client reporting
• Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities, and institutional investors for transaction execution
Key Skills & Requirements
• CA, CS, ICWA with 3-7 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or financial consulting
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and risk analysis
• Experience in financial due diligence and investment research
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills for investor decks and transaction documents
• Knowledge of SEBI regulations and investment banking best practices
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
