Qualifications
This internship would be ideal for someone looking to gain exposure to strategic planning, project management, and operations within a technology focused office, while also supporting leadership with administrative and collaborative tasks
Current academic enrollment at the undergraduate level (Junior or above) pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Communications
Minimum GPA of 3.0
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint Online
Strong verbal and written communication
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well in teams
Strong work ethics and attention to detail
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Familiarity with Miro

Undergraduate students: $25.00/hour
Graduate students: $2+.00/hour
Ph.D./JD students: $37.00/hour
Responsibilities
Travel to an assigned office or location for commuting purposes will not be considered reimbursable business travel, unless otherwise required by state law
Business travel is reimbursable in an amount not exceeding the cost to travel from the assigned office or location, unless otherwise required by state law
The PCAOB has an internship available in the Office of Technology (OT) under the guidance of the Chief of Staff of OT
Assist in tracking and managing ongoing projects within the office
Help coordinate meetings, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure alignment across teams
Prepare project status reports and updates for leadership
Take meeting notes and document key action items, ensuring follow-ups are tracked
Provide administrative support to the Chief of Staff and the leadership team (scheduling, correspondence, filing, etc.)
Assist in digital collaboration platform, such as Miro, to create and maintain organizational resources
