Our internship opportunities include a wide variety of roles including Project Management, Operations, and Sales.

During our 12-week program (May – August, 40 hours/week) you’ll have an opportunity to mentor, job shadow and network with talented professionals and senior-level executives throughout Nationwide Financial. The work you perform will be meaningful and integral to Nationwide’s operations and business objectives.

This internship will have periodic company paid travel visits to our Columbus, Ohio office throughout the 12 week experience.

Qualifications

• Academic excellence (minimum 3.0 GPA preferred)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nationwide does not participate in the Stem OPT Extension program. At its sole discretion, Nationwide determines whether to offer sponsorship for qualifying positions based on business need and budget. However, it is not usually available for entry level roles.

We currently anticipate accepting applications until 10/1+/2026. However, we encourage early submissions, as the posting may close sooner if a strong candidate slate is identified before the deadline.

This position could be filled within any of the lower 48 U.S. states.

Nationwide pays on a geographic-specific salary structure and placement within the actual starting salary range for this position will be determined by a number of factors including the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; and other conditions of employment.
