Our camp programs are located across Richmond Hill and surrounding areas for children and youth ages 4-14. Job Overview:
We are looking for an organized and friendly Photographer/Videographer to join our Summer 2025 camp team. As a Photographer/Videographer, you will capture the magic of camp through photos and videos, immersing yourself in the action of activities and interacting with staff and children to make them feel comfortable. You will organize your shots for use in marketing materials throughout the year and contribute to our social media platforms by sharing captivating content. Our Ideal Candidate:
Has experience in photography and videography, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
Is passionate about capturing moments and has an eye for composition and design
Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, making staff and children feel at ease in front of the camera
Has experience working with children in an educational or recreational setting
Is adaptable, flexible, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Possesses excellent time management skills and can work independently
Is open to receiving feedback and making necessary edits to improve content
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the leadership team across camp locations to plan times to capture content
Film and photograph moments throughout the day, focusing on staff and children engaged in activities and building STEAM projects
Produce creative marketing videos, end-of-session slideshows, and social media content
Create storyboards, scripts, and shot lists for video production
Take photos and record audio and video throughout the camp day
Develop content for social media platforms and promotional materials
Capture cabin photos and other requested content
Organize and manage media files, ensuring all content is properly organized and backed up within company hard drive
Edit photos and videos, ensuring the final product is bright, positive, and aligned with camp branding
Job Requirements:
Experience in photography and videography with a strong portfolio
Owns and maintains personal photography equipment
Proficient with photo and video editing software (i.e., Adobe Lightroom, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or other editing tools)
Excellent eye for color, composition, and visual storytelling
Strong written communication skills, particularly for digital content
Valid driver’s license and reliable access to a vehicle.
Full weekday availability in July and August and select training days in June
Considered an Asset:
Experience with drone photography/videography.
Previous camp or recreation experience.

Holy Trinity School (11300 Bayview Avenue) - JK - Grade 4 STEAM Camp
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 2 months
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
