IJ Home Services is hiring driven and reliable team members for the 2026 summer season. We provide residential home services including window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, poly sand installation, and general property maintenance.
This is a physically active, hands-on role where your pay is based on production. The harder and smarter you work, the more you earn.

What You’ll Be Doing
Residential window cleaning interior and exterior
Gutter cleaning and downspout flushing
Pressure washing driveways, siding, and interlock
Poly sand installation
Working safely with ladders and equipment
Representing the company professionally with homeowners
Compensation
This is a piece-rate position.
You are paid per job completed, not per hour. High performers consistently earn strong daily income. Average earnings range from competitive to very strong depending on efficiency and quality of work.
Top performers are rewarded.
Training is provided to ensure you understand how to complete jobs efficiently and safely.

Full time May through August
Monday to Friday
