Job Description
HSBC Global Trade and Receivables Finance (GTRF) is one of the largest trade services organisations in the world, offering a comprehensive range of forward-thinking supply chain and traditional trade solutions for Commercial (CMB) and Global Banking & Markets (GBM) clients. The GTRF Client Service Manager (CSM) is a client-facing role and the central point of contact for all client transactional needs and service solutions for the assigned client portfolio (Global Priority, Premium or Standard).
• Delivering a valued and best in class client experience built upon deep Trade Services expertise
• Owning, managing and successfully resolving clients’ transactional queries, issues and complaints in line with the agreed SLAs and relevant standards (incl. financial crime and regulatory),
• Providing timely (often pro-active) and accurate guidance and recommendations to clients to help them manage their business effectively
• Building trust in our offering and service proposition with a view to gaining new business
The role requires a broad understanding of all GTRF products, services and procedures, as well as an ability to offer effective transactional advisory and guidance to clients. The CSM is required to conduct client visits and service reviews to demonstrate product benefits, helping our clients run their businesses efficiently and effectively, building a positive client experience and assisting the Relationship team demonstrate value in GTRF’s products and coverage.
