ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP
In summer this year, around the month of May, we have a couple of key real estate projects coming up in Pune, which are of a global repute and scale and thereby we plan to recruit Summer Interns for the same.
The Interns we require are required to be best of the best and for that we have a 3 step Process
1. All shortlisted candidates will be interviewed for their skill, sincerity and dedication.
2. The Selected students will then be enrolled in Internship - Level 1 which is our Certificate Course In Landscaping and Urban Horticulture (ONLINE - 3 Month Duration, Fees - Rs. 3780 Per Month for the candidates) where we would train the students professionally and monitor their progress. Please note the internship training is free of cost but course fees will be charged.
3. The best performing students from the course (approximately 20%) will then be selected for Internship - Level 2, where they will actually get to work in the project and will be fairly compensated for the same. Please note we would be employing the students for the current project duration only and it will not be a monthly payroll hiring, although we plan to do it by the end of the year.
The Timelines for Summer Internship are as follows:
27th February 2026 - Announcement of Internship and Level 1 Interviews Begin
10th March 2026 - First Official Interns Meet (Virtual)
11th March 2026 - Weekend Batch of the Certificate Course Begins
13th March 2026 - Weekdays Batch of the Certificate Course Begins
June 2026 - Internship Level 1 Assessment, Completion and Level 2 Interviews
(The students can select Weekend Batch (Sat-Sun - 2 Hrs/Day) or Weekdays Batch (Mon-Fri - 1 Hrs/Day) as per their choice so that their college studies and schedules are not disturbed, also if there are exams overlapping the dates, it can be accomodated and students can begin the Certificate Course after their exam, although the enrollment will only be confirmed after the receipt of the registration form along with at least the first month payment.)
All the students enrolled in Internship - Level 1 - The Certificate Course will get Course Completion Certificate, Experience Letter and Career Guidance, whereas those selected for the project will be given Certificate as well as monetary remuneration.
All the students enrolled in the internship will also get benefitted from our Certificate Course in Modern Organic Farming, which will be free for the candidates and would be integrated in their internship level 1.
