Job Description
Position Responsibilities:
Design and develop interactive technical learning experiences using tools such as Articulate360 suite, Synthesia, Edcast suite, Clipchamp, MS Forms, and PowerPoint.
Support the content life cycle, including creation, review, and publishing processes.
Collaborate with internal teams and key content partners in Technology to ensure accuracy and engagement.
Assist in managing and updating Manulife University’s Content Library.
Contribute to internal enablement initiatives by producing high-quality educational materials.
Required Qualifications:
Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
Passion for learning, teaching, and helping others grow.
Strong storytelling, instructional design, and technical writing skills.
Ability to understand and communicate complex technical topics clearly and effectively to a broad audience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Synthesia, Confluence, and Articulate360.
Background in developer advocacy, technical education, or enablement roles.
Familiarity with digital learning platforms and video editing tools.
