Duties
Conduct legal research and analysis on various issues relevant to ongoing cases.
Draft legal documents, including memos, briefs, and correspondence.
Assist in the preparation of case files for court proceedings.
Attend client meetings and court hearings as needed.
Collaborate with attorneys on case strategy and development.
Organize and maintain case files and documentation.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for case management.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in an accredited law school with completion of at least one year of study.
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with legal research databases (e.g. LexisNexis) is a plus but not required.
