Summer Student – Business Development Analyst
Location: Winnipeg, MB, Lively, ON, Mississauga, ON, Val-d’Or, QC

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Business Development, Strategy, and Market Intelligence, you will play a key role in enhancing our understanding of the mining and quarrying markets through data-driven insights.
Please note that student positions are offered on a full time or part time contract basis for a maximum of +0 days.
What You Will Be Doing
Conduct comprehensive research using online sources and interviews with our internal sales team.
Compile, organize, and manage data in Excel to create a clear and actionable dataset.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless data entry and integration into our CRM system.
Perform a data cleansing exercise by merging two pre-existing datasets to improve data accuracy and consistency.
Execute a mass upload of the refined data into our CRM system.
Other duties as assigned.
What you will bring along
Working towards completion of post-secondary education (Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering).
Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Proficiency in Computer Systems (MS Office, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with CRM systems (an asset).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
