Qualifications & Requirements:
1. Proficiency in video production and editing to create engaging, high-quality content
2. Experience in video color grading to ensure visual consistency and enhance output
3. Skills in motion graphics and design for creating dynamic visual elements
4. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and storytelling abilities
5. Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
6. Ability to work effectively in an on-site, collaborative environment
7. Familiarity with the sports or retail industry is a plus
8. Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Studies, or a related field preferred
