Job Description
We are looking for a versatile, detail-oriented and experienced construction personnel to join our growing team. This isn’t your average "swing a hammer" gig. Our projects are high-end, custom builds that require a unique blend of structural framing, exterior finishing, and precision assembly.
If you enjoy variety—switching from structural pile driving to fine aluminum trim work in the same week—this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day will evolve as a project progresses, covering the full lifecycle of a sunroom build:
Foundation & Framing: Installing screw piles and building custom pressure-treated deck systems to provide a rock-solid base for our sunrooms.
Aluminum System Assembly: Working with precision-engineered aluminum extrusions, including wall channels, window frames, and thermal breaks.
Roofing & Insulation: Installing specialized SIPs (Structural Insulated Panels) or traditional roofing systems. You’ll ensure the space is weather-tight and energy-efficient through proper insulation and vapor barrier techniques.
General Construction: Managing standard carpentry tasks, including subflooring, trim work, door installation, and occasional siding.
Precision Sealing: Expertly applying caulking and flashing to ensure the structure is 100% waterproof.
What You Bring to the Team
The "Swiss Army Knife" Skillset: Experience in residential construction is a must. Specifically, we value backgrounds in aluminum capping, deck building, or roofing.
Technical Savvy: You can read a tape measure to the 1/16th of an inch and aren't afraid of a miter saw or a heavy-duty impact driver.
Physical Stamina: You’re comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions, climbing ladders, and lifting materials up to 50 lbs.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Custom builds often throw curveballs; you should be able to look at a blueprint and figure out the best way to execute it on-site.
Professionalism: You’ll be working in clients' backyards. We pride ourselves on a clean job site and a polite, professional attitude.
Why Work With Us?
Variety: You won't be doing the same repetitive task every day.
Quality Focused: We provide the tools and time needed to do the job right, not just fast.
Growth: As our business expands, there are opportunities for lead hand and site supervisor roles.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Seasonal
