Key responsibilities include:

Developing and implementing a content strategy that drives engagement and growth across multiple platforms

Leading a team of journalists to deliver unique and quality content that resonates with readers

Collaborating with other regional teams to deliver state-wide outcomes

**Requirements:**

Strong leadership skills and experience in managing high-performing teams

Exceptional news judgment and ability to drive engaging content

Extensive previous reporting and newsroom experience, with a focus on digital storytelling
