Description du rôle

Nous recherchons un Superviseur de production pour superviser nos opérations de fabrication et s’assurer de l'efficacité du processus de production. Il agira à titre de personne ressources pour régler tous les problèmes de fabrication, en mettant en œuvre des mesures d’optimisation et en développant des processus de pointe. Le superviseur de production travaillera en étroite collaboration avec la Directrice de production afin permettre le bon fonctionnement de notre usine de production.

Vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes :

Production

Assurer la liaison entre les ingénieurs concepteurs et les opérateurs de production afin de garantir que les produits sont construits conformément aux spécifications et aux documents d'ingénierie;
Lire et interpréter des dessins d’ingénierie (mécanique et électrique);
Déterminer l'outillage qui sera utilisé dans les processus de production;
Supporter la production pour l’implantation de nouveaux outils ou équipements et fournir les formations nécessaires;
Résoudre les problèmes de production et mettre en œuvre des solutions durables;
Préparer, planifier, exécuter et diriger des ateliers d'amélioration des processus de fabrication;
Établir ou réviser la configuration des lignes de fabrication afin d'optimiser/améliorer la production en termes de temps et de coûts;
Vérifier et coordonner la charge de travail par table de production en collaboration avec le département de planification, en fonction du nombre de ressources disponibles ;
Gestion du personnel; effectuer les évaluations de performances des employés, demandes de vacances, gestions du cycle complet d’un employé.
Compétences et qualifications

Scolarité : Diplôme technique de 3 ans en ingénierie (préférence pour Industriel) ou équivalent;
Expérience : 5 ans et plus dans un rôle similaire;
Compétences informatiques : Microsoft Office, outlook;
Capacité à participer activement dans un environnement avec plusieurs intervenants et fonctions;
Connaissance électrique pour le design et la mise en plan;
Connaissance de : Méthodologies Lean, processus de fabrication, spécifications industrielles, dessins techniques;
Souci du détail, analytique et résolution de problèmes;
Bonne organisation du travail et de gestion des priorités;
Capacité à utiliser des outils manuels et à fournir un soutien à la fabrication;
Atouts: SAP, NetSuite
Langues : Capacité de communiquer en Français et Anglais.

Position summary

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations and ensure the efficiency of the production process. This individual will act as a resource person to resolve all manufacturing issues, implement optimization measures, and develop cutting-edge processes. The Production Supervisor will work closely with the Production Manager to ensure the smooth functioning of our production plant.

Your main responsibilities will be the following:

Act as a liaison between design engineers and production operators to ensure that products are built according to specifications and engineering documents.
Read and interpret engineering drawings (mechanical and electrical).
Determine the tools to be used in production processes.
Support production in the implementation of new tools or equipment and provide necessary training.
Resolve production problems and implement sustainable solutions.
Prepare, plan, execute, and lead manufacturing process improvement workshops.
Establish or revise production line configurations to optimize/improve production in terms of time and cost.
Verify and coordinate the workload per production table in collaboration with the planning department, based on the number of available resources.
Manage personnel; conduct employee performance evaluations, vacation requests, and manage the full employee lifecycle.
Required skills and qualifications

Diploma in engineering (preference for Industrial) or equivalent.
5 years or more in a similar role.
Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Outlook.
Ability to actively participate in a multi-stakeholder and multi-functional environment.
Electrical knowledge for design and drafting.
Knowledge of: Lean methodologies, manufacturing processes, industrial specifications, technical drawings.
Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Strong work organization and priority management.
Ability to use hand tools and provide support for manufacturing.
Experience with SAP and/or NetSuite an asset.
Ability to communicate in both French and English.
