Qualifications
Proven experience in retail management or a supervisory role within a retail environment.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in sales management techniques with a focus on achieving results.
Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to train and develop team members effectively.
Ability to negotiate with vendors and make informed purchasing decisions.
