Job Title: Solar Project Supervisor
Location: LR Energy, Rajasthan
Responsibilities
• Oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar projects in accordance with company standards and industry regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Supervise a team of technicians and contractors, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure work meets safety and performance standards.
• Monitor project progress, budget, and resource allocation, and report any deviations to management.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to minimize risks and accidents on-site.
• Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance.
• Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, including installation records, maintenance logs, and incident reports.
• Train and mentor junior staff members to develop their skills and expertise in solar energy systems.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in electrical engineering, renewable energy, or a related field.
• Proven experience in supervising solar installation projects, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong technical knowledge of solar energy systems and components.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
• Adherence to safety regulations and protocols.
Salary Range: INR 20,000 to 25,000 per month (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
