Job Description
I. Handle and Manage production and quality of products in shifts having 20-50 manpower.
II. Run the shift and achieve the capacity output against the capacity
III. Responsible to check and run the production with respect to production slip or as per final customer requirement.
IV. Coordinate with Planning, QC & logistics team for the smooth work flow and day to day movement of orders
V. Focus and keep the OTD at 100%
VI. Prepare and control Requisitions of materials, Fabric & Consumable.
VII. Responsible to reduce the rejections
VIII. Run the shift as per company norms and discipline
Skills
• Must be having on hand experience of Hard Core Production.
• Must have hands on Experience in Running of Different type of Products made from various kind of fabrics.
• Shall be able to read, write and speak English, Guajarati & Hindi.
• Monitor and Control the Shift Production planning with adherence of Quality requirements.
• Experience controlling the wastage of fabrics, rejection and rework.
• Shall be capable to identifying the products defect and take actions on the basis of root because analysis
• Must be able to lead the team of 20-50 Stitching Operators & Helpers in a shifts.
• Computer skills & knowledge of Microsoft office to generate shift report.
• Knowledge of drawing, pattern making, cutting, and Stitching is required.
