Supervisor

We are looking for dynamic and experienced Store Supervisors to join our team at our new store located in the iconic Bondi Beach area.

As a Store Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store's operations, including managing staff, maintaining inventory levels, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales. You will also be involved in training and developing a team of enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals.

To excel in this role, you must have a passion for retail, a keen eye for detail, and exceptional leadership skills. You should be able to multitask effectively, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but we are also open to candidates who are eager to learn and grow with us.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in a retail supervisory or managerial role is preferred.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.

4. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
