The Supervisor will oversee and manage interior work projects, coordinate with clients and contractors, ensure quality standards are met, and manage project timelines and budgets. Daily tasks include supervising work sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and solving any issues that arise during the project.
Qualifications
• Experience in project management, team supervision, and time management skills
• Strong knowledge of interior design principles, construction techniques, and quality control methods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools
• Relevant certification or degree in Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field is a plus
