Job Description
• Supervisor –HF Concurrent Audit will be responsible to manage a team of 10 to 12 Concurrent
Auditors for the specific territory and will be reporting to Team Leader –HF Concurrent Audit.
• Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operational effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations.
• Reviewing the quality of the audit conducted by the auditor and the compliance of audit
observations of the assigned Branches
• Drafting of Weekly/Monthly Branch/Regional reports for Management
• Identify control gaps and recommend internal controls
• Communicating with a spectrum of stakeholders across the Bank.
• Prepare, discuss and present reports to internal stakeholders, functional heads and senior management.
• Conduct any special audits assignments assigned by the senior management.
Education Required:
• CA/MBA qualified or 4- 7 years of prior experience in Housing finance audit in Banking Domain (Banks/NBFC)
• Excellent understanding of regulatory guidelines pertaining to Housing Finance
• Good report drafting and communication skills
• High energy, passion & self-starter attitude with good presentation skills and open to travel
• Team handling experience
