Job Description
Supervises the day to day operation of the Hospitality department and Concierge staff for SBCH, GVCH, CRH, SYVCH. Under the supervision of the Manager of Service Excellence, oversees the Hospitality Programs to create a culture of service excellence in order to enhance the patient experience at all CH hospitals

LEVEL OF EDUCATION
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or related customer service field.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum: Intermediate computer skills. Knowledge of database software systems. Typing speed of at lease 35 wpm.
YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE
Minimum: 3 years in a hospitality/customer service field.
Preferred: 1 year supervisory experience.
