Role: Supervisor-ILHBS Reporting to: Manager Screening Systems and Security Automation (Station) Job Purpose:Responsible for the supervision of screeners during the shift w.r.t. the Performance,

• Ensure 100% screening of hold baggage at specified locations of ILHBS. ...
• 100% compliance of BCAS / DGCA security mandate and assist Manager ILHBS for smooth
functioning of ILHBS operation in order to optimize the output.
• To Supervise 100 % screening of hold baggage & other BCAS/ DGCA security mandate at
passenger terminals in order to optimize the Inline security at Airport.
• Duty Allocation
• Coordination with Regulatory Authority
• Supervision of the ILHBSS current and future activities.
• Ensure high standards of discipline among all employees.
• He/ She will be required to support the business objectives depending on the company’s Vision,
Mission and Values of the organization KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
